Grove Emergency Plan

The Parish Council in consultation with Oxfordshire County Council and the Vale of White Horse District Council have adopted it's own Emergency Plan (below).

The plan has been formulated in such a way that it will cover any emergency.  The plan provides vital information to Category 1 Responders such as County and District Councils, the Emergecy Services, NHS Trusts and the Environments Agency and to Category 2 Organisations such as the utility companies and Network Rail.

The plan lists the responsibilities of the County and District Council's as well as Grove Parish Council.  The plan will be adopted by the Parish Council on an annual basis following the Annual Council Meeting which is held in May each year.

In any emegency the first number to dial is 999

A 'critical information' card is being produced which will list all of the useful telephone numbers contained within the plan and it is hoped that this will be produced and distributed through the Parish Newsletter in due course.
